In this video, immerse yourself in the art of craft brewing and experience Baarer Bier from the brewhouse to the bottle.

The great art of brewing beer is to achieve consistency in quality and taste. And this not every now and then, but brew by brew. In addition to the classic tools, we rely, true to our craft, on the most important equipment for continuity; we accompany the beer with our senses. Trained by our experience, we perceive, from the first step of production to the finished beer, color, aroma, taste, foam stability and give the beer the time they need. Traditionally, we deliberately avoid accelerating factors, artificial flavors or preservatives and refrain from pasteurization so that our beer can retain its original character. In order to achieve the best possible end product.

It is not the clock but the beer that sets the pace in Baarer Bier’s craft.
